8^th Annual Midwest Association for Information Systems 2013

Emphasis on Big Data in the Heartland and other IS related topics

Thank you to all who attended and participated in MWAIS 2013! We had a day and a half packed with presentation sessions, workshops, invited keynote speakers, and panel sessions.

One of the many highlights of the conference was the IBM Opening Keynote and the tour of State Farm's Data Center and Emerging Technologies Lab Keynote Presentation! We had keynote speakers, panelists and support from State Farm, IBM and ViON as well as many other academic and corporate institutions. Dr. Joey George provided the academic keynote address and we had several informative academic panels as well.

We enjoyed seeing you in May 2013 and we look forward to seeing you at Iowa State Univerisity in Ames, IA for the 9th MWAIS Conference May 15-16, 2014!
