There is one application for all incoming student scholarships. Applications must be submitted on-line. The on-line application submission must be completed in one session. To be considered for these scholarships you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is available beginning October 1 and should be completed as soon as possible. The preferred filing date for Illinois State University is November 15. The FAFSA can be completed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov
Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 9, 2018. All scholarships are for an academic year unless otherwise specified.
Faculty, staff and others have contributed to the IT Family and Friends Scholarship. This $1000 scholarship is designed to attract high achieving students into our programs.
The State Farm Companies Foundation will award five $4000 scholarships to undergraduate students for the academic year. Preference will be given to freshman or transfer students accepted each fall semester. Scholarships are for the following areas of study:
John Deere is awarding two $2000 scholarships with a focus on students from underrepresented groups, including women. Incoming freshman or transfer students are preferred, but the scholarships may be awarded to a current student if there is not an appropriate incoming student. Students must be US citizens or permanent resident and a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
