Internship Evaluation

Evaluations are a time to reflect on the internship/professional practice experience. All responses are confidential.

The evaluation process is the final step for the professional practice requirement. The process includes:

  • A student evaluation
  • An employer evaluation
  • An exit interview with the internship coordinator (undergraduates only)

Student Evaluation

Feedback about the internship experience helps us maintain a quality program.

Set aside enough time to complete the evaluation. Completing the form takes about 15 to 20 minutes. You won't be able to save your information and come back to it later.

Employer Evaluation

Student Responsibilities

Email your employer contact information to the internship coordinator.

Employer Responsibilities

We send employers an authentication key to access the evaluation. Before completing the form, keep in mind the following:

Allow 15 to 20 minutes to complete the online evaluation in one session. There is no option to pause or continue later. Additionally, the system will terminate your session if it remains inactive for an extended period of time. The authentication key is valid for one use only. If you need a new key, contact the internship coordinator.

Exit Interview

After the student and employer evaluations are submitted, students are responsible for setting up an exit interview with the internship coordinator.
